The Unicist Standard presented by Peter Belohlavek provides the necessary taxonomic steps and objects to be able to develop object driven continuous improvement The Unicist Standard for business objects building defines the norms that business objects have to fulfill to generate results. Work is a basic condition in business. Work in business implies using force to produce a displacement that generates value. The role of negotiator is the most complex one because it is immersed in the management of conflicts. Reliability is basic for teamwork and implies that people work back to back to solve complex problems. Automation is implicit in nature. Nature functions automatically. Automation, robots, objects, quality assurance are primitive emulations of nature. IT interface design requires dealing with the nature of work processes. It is necessary to be able to emulate the taxonomy of work procedures. Transforming administrative EMR systems into adaptive EMR systems is possible if adequate interfaces are implemented. The administrative approach doesn’t suffice when dealing with EMR. An expansion of the adaptive possibilities of the EMR is necessary The Unicist Standard deals with innovation marketing considering it a unified field that differs from the marketing of non-innovative goods or services. |
